The MDOT project of a little more than $1 million to install a concrete box culvert on M-123 is over Black Creek near Paradise in Chippewa County. The project also includes associated paving and guardrail installation. Work will require intermittent lanes closures under flag control and a temporary signal. The project is expected to start May 30 and be completed in early September.
