The Warrior Relief Fund is hosting their fourth annual Warrior Relief Golf Outing tomorrow at Red Fox Run Golf Course.
The event is being put on by the American Legion post in Little Lake, which has received numerous prize donations and sponsorships. And these gestures mean a lot to some of our bravest men and women.
Richard Wood, co-director, Warrior Relief Fund said, “When I see all the, all the sponsors, and then I see all the signs on all the holes, and to see all the people. They come out and play golf and it’s not actually the golf they’re out here for. It’s to give to the veterans, give to the people that are in crisis when it comes to the military. It really warms my heart to see people generous enough to donate.”
The outing starts at nine a.m. with a “cannon shot start”.
You can buy raffle tickets at the outing or the American Legion post in Little Lake.
100 percent of the proceeds go to the Warriror Relief Fund.
