Born and raised in the Green Bay area, the opportunity to be a part of the WFRV Sports Department has been a rewarding experience.For nine years, I have had the chance to cover everything from the Packers to High School athletics at Channel 5. The variety of our sports coverage combined with the opportunity to be a photographer, reporter, producer or anchor on any given day, are aspects of the job I truly enjoy!Following my high school days at Notre Dame Academy, I moved to western Wisconsin, calling UW-Eau Claire my home for the next four years. During my time as a Blugold I gained valuable experience at WQOW and WEAU. That training turned into an opportunity at Channel 5. My life as a “5er” began in the Summer of 2000, and was temporarily interrupted with a short field trip to the “real world”. But a few phone calls led me back to my roots, and a career I love, in April of 2005.Away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife and our three daughters. I also attempt to hit the golf ball around, shoot a little hoops, and conquer the pavement with the Running Club.
