Car goes airborne, man injured

MARQUETTE COUNTY — The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office was sent to a one car crash tonight around 6:30.

It happened on US-41 near Dalton Road in Skandia Township.

A 54-year-old man from the Marquette area hit a snowbank on the west side of the roadway. He went out of his lane and exited the roadway on the east side.

The car went airborne and into nearby woods.

The man was taken to UPHS-Marquette with unknown injuries and is in stable condition.
