UPPER PENINSULA, Mich. (WJMN) – A woman from Ann Arbor who was in Alger County for a few days and had been reported missing, has been found and is safe.

Michigan State Police (MSP) provided the update on Wednesday just after noon.

MSP reported the details on Tuesday that the woman was last contacted on Saturday, July 29 around 7:15 p.m. Before Saturday, she was in the Shingleton/Munising area for a few days. Authorities say she was possibly seen in the Gulliver area on Saturday.

The woman’s name, vehicle information, and picture have been removed from this article as the woman has found safe, the situation resolved, and there is no further action to be taken in the incident.
