MARQUETTE — Four year old John Weekley from Alaska has been in the hospital for more than a year with undiagnosed seizures. Because his dad is a firefighter, his one wish was to get fire department patches from across the country. 

Well, we here at Local 3 wanted to help cheer John up and have collected over forty patches so far! Today we sent off the first shipment of patches along with some fun ‘Yooper’ gifts for the family.
