ESCANABA, Mich. (WJMN) – Escanaba Department of Public Safety was dispatched to Walmart for a report of a person damaging property with hammers.
EDPS says once they arrived on the scene, officers encountered the subject who was actively damaging property in the store. The suspect was then taken into custody.
Walmart evacuated the store and will remain closed until further notice.
