DELTA COUNTY– On Monday, detectives from the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) conducted an investigation that led to the arrest of three people from Delta County.

During the course of their investigation, detectives determined Taylor Ann Shanahan, a 23-year-old female, and Glen Thomas Lavance, a 40-year-old male, were involved in the sale and distribution of crystal meth. A third suspect, Zachary Tyler Tryan, 27-year-old male was also arrested on drug related charges and for a probation violation. All three suspects were lodged in the Delta County Jail.

Tryan was released on $1,000 cash bond on February 5th. Shanahan and Lavance were arraigned on February 5th in the 94th District Court in Delta County. Shanahan is facing a felony charge for delivery of meth. Lavance is facing felony charges for delivery of meth and maintaining a drug house. Both suspects remain lodged in the Delta County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
