The two suspects in the Saturday-morning machete attack in Escanaba have been arraigned. 

Timothy Lee Heitz, age 19, has been charged with one count of Assault with Intent to Murder and one count of Carrying/Concealing a Weapon. Both charges are felonies and the Assault with Intent to Murder charge is punishable by up to life in prison.

His bond has been set at $500,000.

The second suspect is Shilo Marissa-Mae Powers, age 19, of Escanaba. She has been charged with one count of Accessory After the Fact of a Felony, punishable by up to five years in prison. 

Her bond has been set at 10% of $80,000.

Both are due back in court April 28, for a probable cause hearing.
