LOWS 15 TO 23.

FRIDAY...MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH SCATTERED LIGHT SNOW SHOWERS OVER THE
NORTH WIND SNOW BELTS IN THE MORNING...THEN BECOMING CLEAR IN THE
AFTERNOON. BLUSTERY...ESPECIALLY CENTRAL AND EAST. HIGHS 25 TO 33.
